The struggle of trying to become something. The confusion of not knowing who one truly is. The quest for proof of one’s existence. The anxiety of not belonging.

What is the self?

And ultimately, the liberation from the past, old thoughts, and expectations.

It reflects on how memories, both those we wish to forget and those we want to hold onto, inevitably fade over time.

In the end, there is only the present moment before us.  it highlights the realisation that one’s place is solely in the here and now.

Fade é uma série que expressa a paisagem interior pessoal de Hanamaro. Explora o eu que se esforça para se tornar algo, o eu que perde de vista a sua própria identidade, a busca por provas da própria existência e a ansiedade de não pertencer a lugar nenhum. Aprofunda-se na questão “Quem sou eu?”

A série também aborda a libertação do passado, dos padrões de pensamento antigos e das expectativas. Reflete sobre como as memórias, tanto aquelas que desejamos esquecer como as que queremos preservar, inevitavelmente se desvanecem com o tempo.

No final, há apenas o momento presente diante de nós. A série culmina na realização de que o lugar de cada um está unicamente no aqui e agora.
